Deskside Support Agent
We are seeking a qualified Deskside Support Agent to provide technical assistance and support to our employees in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities:
- Provide deskside support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain company equipment and software
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when necessary
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Create and update documentation for support processes and procedures
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Deskside Support Agent or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Certifications such as CompTIA A or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) are a plus
