What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Machine Operator position at EJ Automation?
We are seeking CNC Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in Austin, Texas. Candidates with experience operating GMM Bridge Saws, including Brenton 300, Brenton 260, and Brenton 250 machines, are highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor CNC stone-cutting and bridge saw equipment
- Set up machines according to production specifications
- Read and interpret drawings, measurements, and work orders
- Perform routine quality checks and inspections
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report equipment concerns
Qualifications:
- Experience operating GMM Bridge Saw equipment (Brenton 300, 260, or 250) preferred
- Ability to read measuring tools and follow manufacturing drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift materials and work in a production environment
Training Opportunities Available: We are also open to motivated candidates with little or no CNC experience who are eager to learn and build a career in manufacturing. Training will be provided for individuals with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
