JOB DUTIES:
Dishwashing & Cleaning:
- Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area throughout the shift.
- Follow all sanitation and food safety procedures.
Kitchen Support:
- Assist with basic cleaning and organizational tasks throughout the kitchen.
- Remove trash, recycling, and cardboard as needed.
- Restock clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen supplies.
Teamwork & Culture:
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to support efficient service.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a respectful work environment.
- Uphold Either/Or's core values and standards in daily operations.
Closing & Operational Support:
- Complete assigned cleaning duties at the end of each shift.
- Ensure dish area, floors, sinks, and equipment are cleaned and ready for the next service.
- Assist with additional tasks as directed by kitchen leadership.
