- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring reliability, security, and performance.
- Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
- Configure and support Salesforce applications, objects, workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation processes.
- Design and maintain Salesforce Flows and process automation solutions.
- Support data management activities including imports, exports, cleansing, and validation.
- Monitor and troubleshoot platform issues, user requests, and system performance concerns.
- Support integrations between Salesforce and external applications using APIs and integration tools.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Create and maintain system documentation, procedures, and training materials.
- Conduct end-user training and provide guidance on Salesforce best practices.
- 5 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
- Strong experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
- Expertise in Salesforce Flow, Process Automation, Reports, and Dashboards.
- Experience managing users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security controls.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data management and governance practices.
- Experience troubleshooting complex Salesforce issues.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce APIs, integrations, and connected applications.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification.
- Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification.
- Salesforce Cloud Consultant Certifications.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
