- 8 years communication documentation skills, team leadership, risk management, progress tracking, Full SDLC, PMLC lifecycle experience, Budget tracking experience, Agile all ceremonies and Kanban.
- Conducting procurement exercises as necessary to acquire vendor services for assessment or to outsource the effort to a long-term vendor. Creation of RFPs that clearly define the services and deliverables required of a single vendor to design and implement data management solutions.
- Experience on Federal Funding (IAPD) or APD documentation
