Program Manager II
Onsite only (no remote, no hybrid)
Candidate must be willing to work onsite in Santa Clara, CA from Day 1
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery of IT programs with hard deadlines
- Build and manage program plans, milestones, dependencies, and risks
- Drive daily execution and unblock issues across multiple teams
- Run status, dependency tracking, and exec-level updates
- Work directly with business stakeholders to clarify scope and tradeoffs
- Coordinate system, data, and reporting readiness for launches and transitions
- Manage cross-platform impacts across CRM, finance systems, and data tools
- Act as single point of accountability for delivery and escalations
Required Exp:
- 9-14 years in IT program management
- Strong program management background in complex IT environments
- Proven experience running cross-functional programs end to end
- Experience working with Finance, FP&A, GTM, or RevOps teams
- Hands-on ownership of planning, execution, risk, and delivery
- Experience delivering against fixed fiscal or business deadlines
- Ability to communicate clearly with senior business and IT leaders
- Experience managing programs involving Salesforce (SFDC)
- Experience coordinating changes across CRM, finance and data/reporting systems
- Understanding of fiscal year planning, sales initiatives or FP&A cycles
Other:
- Experience running SteerCo or leadership forums
- Background in enterprise SaaS or large-scale IT transformations
