Quality Auditor - Day Shift

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Auditor to join our Day Shift team (5:00 AM - 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM) in Port Huron, MI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products and processes meet established quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of quality auditing principles and excellent analytical skills. $18.50 / hr to start with full benefit coverage available the 1st of the month following your date of hire.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular quality audits of manufacturing processes, products, and documentation.
• Identify non-conformances and areas for improvement, and work with relevant departments to implement corrective actions.
• Review and verify compliance with company quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
• Rework parts prior to shipment as necessary.
• Repack parts prior to release for shipment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quality Auditor or in a similar quality assurance role.
• Strong knowledge of quality auditing techniques and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and report writing abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for a minimum of (8) hours.
• Solid attendance record.
