We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Technical Services Representative to join our team in Ohio.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Survey and physically inspect roofing systems.
- Write and assemble roof inspection/survey of findings and make recommendations for improvement.
- Attend pre-bid and construction meetings for roof replacement.
- Manage onsite construction for clients to ensure contractors are performing. Provide daily report of progress.
Education, Skills and Work Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Registered Roof Observer certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years commercial roofing experience.
- Knowledge of commercial roofing, manufacturing, and warranty.
- General knowledge of moisture detection and the inspection process.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Strong collaborating skills, and an ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines; high energy, self-motivated and proactive.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and be flexible regarding workload and assignments.
- Ability to exercise judgment.
Specific Job Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License
- 50% local travel required.
- 50% overnight travel required.
- Ability to lift or carry 50 pounds.
- Capable of climbing a 40-foot ladder.
- Comfortable working on roof tops of buildings up to 103 stories tall.
- Ability to work outside on all types of weather conditions.
