Department Environmental Studies Job Title Adjunct Faculty, Environmental Studies Job Type Is Tenure Track Job Summary
The Department of Environmental Studies at Gettysburg College invites applications for an Adjunct Faculty position to teach one undergraduate course ES121 Environmental Issues, during the Spring 2026 semester. This position offers an opportunity to engage with a vibrant liberal arts community and contribute to the department’s dynamic curriculum. ES121 is an introductory service course for non-majors. Existing course materials will be shared with the successful candidate.
Qualifications
Preference will be given to candidates who hold a doctoral degree (or are ABD) in Environmental Science, other natural sciences, Environmental Policy or related disciplines. Previous teaching experience at the undergraduate level is preferred.
