Job Overview
We are looking for a Production Associate/General Laborer to complete production and general warehouse support operations.
This position performs multiple tasks, including operating various machinery, transfer products, keep the facility clean by removing debris and trash to ensure safety. This position demands stamina and a good physical condition, as you’ll have to regularly lift heavy loads.

Responsibilities
· Assist production, shipping and other warehouse personnel
· Clean up worksites from hazardous or obsolete material
· Handle and transport materials and machinery (e.g. forklifts) when needed
· Follow instructions from supervisors to perform required tasks
· Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions
Requirements and skills
· Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads of up to 40 pounds etc.)
· One year or more manufacturing experience a plus
· Good hand-eye coordination
· Familiarity with power tools and machinery is a plus
· Commitment to safety rules
· Must be reliable and report to work on-time
Benefits
Upon completion of the 90-day probationary period, the employee will be eligible for medical benefits (medical, dental, & vision), life insurance & short-term disability insurance participation (voluntary benefit), IRA participation, and paid time off hours. In addition, salary raises/reviews and potential bonuses.
The work hours are from 8am to 4:30pm Monday thru Friday with a 30 minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks during the day.
