We are seeking a knowledgeable and results-driven Palantir Data Engineer to join our growing data engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines and solutions within the Palantir Foundry platform. This role requires a deep understanding of data integration, transformation, and analysis, as well as strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows within Palantir Foundry.Integrate diverse data sources, transform and cleanse data, and ensure high data quality and integrity.Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver robust data solutions.Implement best practices for data governance, security, and compliance within the Palantir ecosystem.Develop and optimize Foundry applications, data models, and analytical tools to support business objectives.Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, ensuring reliable and timely data delivery.Stay current with Palantir Foundry updates, new features, and industry best practices.Document data engineering processes, workflows, and technical solutions.Required QualificationsBachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.3 years of experience in data engineering, with hands-on experience using Palantir Foundry.Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data transformation tools (e.g., Spark, PySpark).Strong understanding of ETL processes, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.Experience integrating and working with large, complex datasets from multiple sources.Knowledge of data governance, security, and privacy best practices.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Familiarity with DevOps processes and CI/CD pipelines.Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and data serialization formats.Palantir Foundry certification or relevant training.Background in Agile or Scrum methodologies.Compensation and BenefitsAnnual Salary: $110,000 - $140,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) Retirement Plan with Company MatchPaid Time Off (PTO) and HolidaysProfessional Development and Certification SupportFlexible Work Arrangements (Remote/Hybrid)Employee Assistance ProgramWellness ProgramsApplication InstructionsTo apply, please submit your resume, a cover letter detailing your relevant experience, and examples of projects leveraging Palantir Foundry.Please note: This position is available to United States residents only.
