- Lead technical and consultative sales processes from initial customer engagement through project award
- Support customers in evaluating ROI, throughput improvements, and operational efficiencies
- Manage complex capital equipment (CapEx) sales opportunities and multi-stakeholder decision processes
- Represent EIS Automation at customer sites, industry events, and technical discussions
- Support the development of long-term customer partnerships through responsive communication and strategic problem solving
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline preferred
- (equivalent technical sales experience will also be considered)
- Experience in industrial automation, manufacturing systems, robotics, or related technical sales environments
- Experience with capital equipment (CapEx) sales preferred
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex technical discussions
