Duties

- Assist in managing the preschool’s budget, including tracking expenses and supporting financial planning efforts
- Support management of daily administrative tasks such as enrollment processes, parent communications, and staff scheduling
- Help coordinate curriculum planning and classroom activities in alignment with educational standards and school policies
- Contribute to maintaining compliance with licensing regulations and health & safety protocols
- Provide leadership support by participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and community events
- Foster positive relationships with parents, staff, and community partners to promote a welcoming school environment
