Operations Systems Coordinator
Location: Glendale, AZ
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $18.00 to $24.00 per hour base on experience. Room for growth as we see how well you do in the position and can move up as software is set up and implemented.
About the Role
We are looking for an organized and motivated Operations Systems Coordinator to help implement and manage our new business software while learning every aspect of our operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technology, organization, process improvement, and building efficient systems.
You will begin by focusing on software implementation, data organization, and process documentation. As you gain experience with each department, you’ll take on increasing responsibility with the opportunity to grow into an Operations Manager role.
Responsibilities
* Assist with implementing and maintaining our business management software.
* Organize, clean, and import company data into the new system.
* Document workflows and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Learn and understand each department’s responsibilities and how they work together.
* Support inventory management and purchasing.
* Assist with production planning and scheduling.
* Coordinate wholesale order processing and fulfillment.
* Generate reports and help improve business processes.
* Work closely with management to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
* Help train team members on the new software and procedures as the system is implemented.
Qualifications
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Comfortable learning new software and technology.
* Excellent computer and data entry skills.
* Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
* Experience with inventory, warehouse, ERP, CRM, or business management software is a plus.
* Experience in operations, logistics, manufacturing, or wholesale is preferred but not required.
