In this role, you will own the commercial strategy and execution of Einride's book & claim offering in the US, from infrastructure buildout to pipeline generation to ongoing market evolution. This is a zero-to-one role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, commercial engagement, and cross-functional execution.

You will be responsible for

• Define and lead the US go-to-market strategy for Einride's carbon credit and book & claim offerings, including pricing, positioning, and channel approach
• Build the infrastructure, data systems, verification processes, registry partnerships, and operational workflows required to bring the offering to market and scale
• Collaborate with the Commercial team to generate and manage a commercial pipeline of enterprise customers
• Own ongoing success of credit delivery, compliance, tracking, verification, audit end-to-end
• Collaborate with EMEA counterparts to develop and execute the global Book and Claim strategy
• Once the initial setup is complete, role transitions to a product offering lead who continuously evolve the offering based on market feedback, regulatory changes, technology development, and competitive dynamics
  
  

You will bring

• 7-10 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years of carbon market exposure(voluntary or compliance markets, book & claim, insetting, or similar) ideally within a freight sector
• Strong ability to build programs from scratch, dive deep, manage complex cross-functional workstreams, move fast with low oversight, and leverage AI tools as a core part of how you work
