Senior Embedded Software Engineer

Position: Embedded Engineer (eInfochips Inc)

Location: Cedar Rapids, IA (complete Onsite)

Experience range – 8 years

What You'll Be Doing:

• Perform Development and Verification for Flight Management system for avionics applications./ Experience in Flight Display system.
• Avionics/Aerospace domain experience is highly preferred.
• Developing High Level and Low-Level requirements from system requirements.
• Analyze System level architectural requirements and use it for Design and Development of Software Requirements.
• Providing technical analysis by reviewing the artifacts
• Development of Test cases and Test procedures execution.
• Generation of Test results and reports for the execution.
• Develop support utilities to reduce the cycle time and enhance the process.
• Perform Dry Run and RFS related activities.
• Co-ordination and team player.

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in computer science or EE engineering
• Professional experience in embedded systems.
• Development of Test cases and Test procedures execution.
• Generation of Test results and reports for the execution.
• Developing support utilities to reduce the cycle time and enhance the process.
• Perform Dry Run and RFS related activities.
• Must have 8 years of experience.
• Flight Management system (FMF, FUI)./ Flight Display system
• C, Python, C (Intermediate).
• DO 178B/C DAL A.
• SCA tools (Rapita, LDRA/VectorCast).
• Requirement configuration, code configuration tools (DOORs, JAMA etc.).
• A bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering
• Excellent debugging skills
• Well versed with configuration management tools
