We’re seeking a licensed Funeral Director or Funeral Director Intern who wants to grow in a high-performing, supportive environment. This position is based at our Richland, WA campus — our central hub known for excellence in service, innovation, and care.
As part of our dedicated team, you’ll provide guidance and comfort to families during their most meaningful moments while upholding the professional standards that make Einan’s one of the most trusted names in the region.
- Deliver compassionate, seamless service to every family from initial interaction through final disposition
- Assist and/or lead funeral and memorial services, visitations, and celebrations of life
- Support families in making meaningful arrangements, from planning to coordination and follow-up
- Maintain regulatory compliance, accurate documentation, and meticulous attention to detail
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments and other branches as needed to ensure every family receives a unified, exceptional experience
- Participate in community engagement efforts and events such as our annual Tree of Remembrance and other memorial programs

Qualifications
- Licensed Funeral Director (WA) or eligible for intern licensure
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple cases simultaneously
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs as needed
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
- Flexible schedule — includes some evenings, weekends, and on-call rotation
