We are seeking a dedicated Residential Manager to oversee daily operations in a residential setting for adults with developmental disabilities. This role combines direct support, staff supervision, and administrative responsibilities to ensure quality service delivery and a safe, therapeutic environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support Assistant Residential Managers and Direct Support Professional
- Provide direct behavioral health support and therapeutic interventions
- Ensure proper implementation of individual service plans (ISPs/IHPs)
- Oversee medication auditing, home management, and crisis intervention
- Maintain compliance with Federal/State regulations and EIHAB policies
- Communicate behavioral changes and incidents to supervisory staff
- Act as an advocate and liaison for residents
- Must be at least 21 years’ old
- High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred)
- Minimum of 1-year experience with individuals with developmental disabilities (3 years preferred for HS/GED)
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Valid NJ driver’s license with clean driving record
Additional Requirements:
- Must complete all required trainings within 90 days of hire (CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration, etc.)
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and participate in Management Training
