Residential Manager – Burlington, NJ
Shift: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Note: Days and hours are subject to change based on the program's needs!

At EIHAB Human Services, we’re looking for a Residential Manager who’s ready to lead with compassion, create structure, and build a supportive home environment for individuals with developmental disabilities. You’ll be at the heart of our residential program—guiding both staff and residents toward success.
Your role will include:
- Leading and supervising staff to deliver high-quality care
- Overseeing daily home operations and ensuring smooth, structured routines
- Supporting individuals with life skills, personal care, and community involvement
- Managing documentation, service plans, and compliance standards
- Handling crisis situations with confidence and care
- Advocating for residents and communicating key updates to leadership
- Creating a safe, respectful, and empowering environment
What You Bring:
- A passion for behavioral health and making a real impact
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)
- Supervisory experience (a plus!)
Qualifications:
- 21 years old
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, or related field 2 years’ experience
- OR High School Diploma/GED 3 years’ experience
- Valid NJ driver’s license with a good driving record
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word/Excel helpful)

Additional Requirements:
- Ability to complete required trainings (CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration, etc.)
- Ability to perform physical aspects of the role, including crisis intervention and lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Compliance with all state regulations and agency policies
