Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Monmouth County
Shifts Available:
Saturday & Sunday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Friday & Saturday, 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Part Time - Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide hands-on support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. The DSP plays a critical role in fostering a safe, therapeutic, and family-like environment where residents can thrive and achieve greater independence.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with daily living skills and personal care
- Administer medications and document services
- Support medical appointments and community activities
- Maintain a safe, structured, home-like environment
- Communicate changes and complete required documentation
- Act as a liaison and advocate for individuals and their families, facilitating access to community resources
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations, EIHAB policies, and safety standards
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of related work or life experience.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid New Jersey driver’s license with a clean driving record (minimum 3 years driving history).
- Must complete and maintain all required training.
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
- Able to bend, reach, and move throughout an 8-hour shift.
- Perform repetitive tasks, engage in both individual and group settings, and meet strict deadlines.
Salary : $18 - $19
