Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Somerset County

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals to provide hands-on support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with daily living skills and personal care
- Administer medications and document services
- Support medical appointments and community activities
- Maintain a safe, structured, home-like environment
- Communicate changes and complete required documentation
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years related work or life experience
- Valid NJ Driver’s License with good driving record (3 years’ history)
- Must be 21 years old
- Ability to complete required trainings (CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration, etc.)
- Ability to pass drug screening, background check, and CARI check
