Job Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Day Program
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (No weekends!)
We are hiring Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with developmental disabilities in a Day Program setting. In this role, you will help individuals build life skills, participate in community activities, and work toward personal goals in a structured, supportive environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Support individuals with daily living and social skills
- Assist with vocational, educational, and recreational activities
- Encourage participation in group outings, creative arts, cooking, and more
- Help individuals build independence and reach their goals
- Ensure safety, provide personal care as needed, and maintain a positive environment
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid NJS Driver’s License
- Willingness to complete required trainings (CPR/First Aid, AMAP, etc.)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Bilingual a plus
