ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT Hybrid Remote
Located in Monroe, NY - Hybrid-Remote, work from home 2x a week (company supplies equipment)
FAST GLANCE
Pay:
Ø $17.00
Schedule:
Ø 35 Hour week
Ø M-F, 3 days 8AM-4PM, 2 days Noon – 8PM

MUST HAVES
Education:
Ø HS Diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience:
Ø Insurance and medicaid billing: 1 year
Ø Administrative Assistant: 2 years
Ø Medical receptionist: 1 year
Ø Microsoft Office: 2 years
Skills:
Ø Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
Ø Experience with computer-based client management systems.
Ø Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ø Interpersonal skills and judgment.
Ø Able to work cooperatively in a team environment.
Job Summary
Managing a variety of administrative procedures and systems associated with the clinic; becoming familiar with and understanding policies and procedures associated with the internal and external reporting requirements; and maintains full compliance with the federal confidentiality regulations governing substance abuse records as outlined in 42 CFR Part 2 and HIPAA.
