Who You Are

You enjoy connecting with guests of all ages, know how to read a room, and handle challenges head-on. When something comes up, you flag it to management right away so we can solve it together.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrive on time for every shift and maintain consistent attendance — reliability is the foundation of our team
• Prepare and serve all menu items to Eight Turn Crepe standards and California Health Code requirements
• Deliver warm, attentive customer service that creates a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest
• Handle cash, credit card, and POS transactions accurately and efficiently
• Manage guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
• Keep kitchen and lobby areas clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times
• Identify and promptly report equipment issues, food quality concerns, or safety hazards to management
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance and follow our dress code at all times
• Stay proactive — seek out additional tasks when current responsibilities are complete and support teammates as needed

Requirements

• Valid California Food Handler’s Card (required before first shift)
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
• Available for weekends and holidays
• Prior food service or customer-facing experience preferred.
