What You'll Do as a PPC Specialist:
Campaign Setup and Management
- Plan, launch, and oversee paid search campaigns across Google, Bing, and Derbysoft
- Develop keyword and audience strategies tailored to hospitality clients
- Manage budgets and pacing to achieve performance goals
Performance Optimization
- Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency
- Apply testing frameworks to ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing page performance
- Stay up to date on search and travel industry trends
Collaboration and Reporting
- Partner with internal teams to align paid search strategy with holistic marketing goals
- Create clear, actionable reports and communicate results to clients
- Provide proactive recommendations backed by data and experience
Knowledge and Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-5 years of PPC campaign management experience, preferably in an agency environment
- Proven success running campaigns for hospitality, hotel, or travel brands
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and troubleshooting booking engines is a plus
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and reporting tools such as Excel or Looker Studio
- (Bonus) Experience with Metasearch platforms such as Derbysoft
