Screen Printer – Full Time

We are seeking an experienced, detail-driven Screen Printer to join our production team. This role is critical to delivering high-quality printed apparel with accuracy, efficiency, and consistency. The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, understands color and setup strategy, and thrives in a fast-paced print environment.

Schedule & Pay

• Full-Time
• Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Pay based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate screen printing equipment for apparel and related products
• Ensure all screen print orders are prepared efficiently and executed with precision
• Review each order and determine the most time-effective setup and production approach
• Anticipate and adjust for color separations, placement shifts, and artwork changes that may affect workflow and scheduling
• Mix and match inks to achieve accurate Pantone and custom color targets
• Prepare, load, and align screens for production runs
• Maintain strict print quality standards while minimizing misprints and material waste
• Inspect printed garments for consistency, accuracy, and finish quality
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area that supports productivity
• Collaborate with team members to keep jobs moving smoothly and on schedule

Qualifications

• Previous screen printing experience required
• Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Knowledge of Pantone matching and specialty inks
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable working in a team-based production environment
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to stand for the full shift and perform hands-on production tasks
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced setting, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
