Responsibilities

Requirements
- Prior sales experience, ideally in an insurance, retail, or customer service setting.
- Clear, confident communication skills with a friendly, professional manner.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and earn trust with new and existing clients.
- Strong organization and follow-up skills to manage leads and client conversations.
- Comfort working in an in-office setting in Long Beach, California.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Self-motivation and consistency in meeting daily and weekly sales goals.
- Preferred experience working with insurance products or related services.
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
Salary : $75,000 - $125,000
