Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary Commission Bonus Opportunities

• Valid (or willing to obtain) Property and Casualty Insurance License in Arizona
• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Strong track record of managing an active sales pipeline.
• Clear and professional communication skills for building client trust.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and organizing daily tasks.
• Experience using agency management systems or digital lead tracking tools.
• Ability to network effectively within the Scottsdale local business community.

• Connect with prospective clients to understand their risk profiles and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Cultivate and maintain a consistent pipeline of new business opportunities through local networking and referrals.
• Perform thorough reviews of existing policies to ensure clients are adequately covered.
• Deliver detailed proposals that clearly explain coverage options and value to potential policyholders.
• Collaborate with our office team to ensure a seamless transition from the sales process to policy binding and servicing.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of all client interactions within our internal systems.
