- Answering incoming calls and emails from our policyholders with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Looking into insurance account details to provide accurate and easy-to-understand information.
- Helping clients update their policy details or process payments with precision.
- Recording notes from conversations so the rest of the team stays informed.
- Learning the ins and outs of our insurance products so you can become a go-to resource for our customers.
- Collaborating with your teammates to troubleshoot complex requests and ensure everyone walks away satisfied.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong comfort level using computers and navigating multiple browser tabs simultaneously.
- Clear, empathetic communication skills when speaking with others.
- Previous experience working in a customer-facing role.
