Duties And Responsibilities
- Diagnoses, repairs, installs, and maintains electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings.
- Requiring code knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and physical ability to work with wiring, fixtures, panels, and motors.
- Often independently, ensuring safety and compliance with California electrical codes.
- Blueprint Reading, installing/repairing wiring, testing components, preforming preventative maintenance, and providing cost estimates.
- Code compliance: Ensure all work meets California Electrical Code (CEC) and safety regulations.
- Estimating: Estimate time, materials, and costs for projects.
- Technical: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools (hand/power), testing equipment,
- Customer Service oriented
- Clean Driving record (MVR Report)
- Computer Savvy, able to generate reports, and do data entry
- Electrical parts and tools knowledge required
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in the field
- Good Communication Skills
- NFPA 70E Certification
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Skilled and Trained
