Supervisory Responsibilities
- None.
- Assist in planning and coordinating electrical construction activities on-site.
- Support project teams with technical documentation, RFIs, submittals, and drawing reviews.
- Conduct site walks to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Collaborate with superintendents, foremen, and project managers to resolve field issues.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, material usage, and field changes.
- Participate in quality control and assurance processes.
- Interface with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery and installation.
- Support commissioning and close-out activities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction practices.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with construction software (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore, AutoCAD).
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in electrical construction or engineering support roles.
- Field experience in commercial or industrial electrical projects is a plus.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Travel to and from the office as well as assigned job site(s).
