We are seeking a Recruiting Assistant to assist in managing recruitment activities, communicating with candidates, and supporting administrative tasks. Training will be provided — this is an excellent opportunity to start a career in talent acquisition.
Responsibilities:

Screen and schedule candidate interviews

Maintain recruiting data and spreadsheets

Review new agent applications

Manage recruitment-related social media accounts

Assist with general administrative tasks
Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Organized, reliable, and professional

Basic computer skills (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive)

Experience with GoHighLevel is a plus, but not required
Compensation: $18–$26/hour, plus potential quarterly bonus
