Location: Minneapolis, MN or Denver, CO

A Day in the Life

A typical day as a Transaction Advisory Services Manager might include:

• Conduct company-specific due diligence, quality of earnings, or other transaction advisory related services as our clients are looking at growing through acquisitions or preparing for sale.
• Manage projects and oversee team members working on the same projects to complete projects efficiently.
• Assist in preparation of financial models, due diligence and other materials used in presentations and as support for a deal.
• Be a thought leader in innovating models, processes and procedures.
• Interact with clients and target companies explaining accounting, finance, tax, and operational risks and opportunities identified in diligence.
• Attend regional and local networking events to promote Eide Bailly.
• Participate in scoping new leads.

Who You Are

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
• You have an active CPA license or have your MBA.
• You have 5 years of professional experience, of which 1 have been in transaction advisory, private equity, or investment banking.
• You have knowledge in auditing financial statements or transaction services.
• You have 2-3 years of internal accounting experience.
• You are inquisitive and have an ability to work through complex accounting and operational topics impacting business.
• You demonstrate a commitment to exceptional client service.
• You can see the big picture and have a keen ability to perform analytics and see opportunities in the details.
• You hold yourself to the highest professional standards and enjoy mentoring others.
• You have begun to create a professional network related to transaction advisory, private equity, and/or investment bankers.
• You have an aptitude to be very flexible and are willing to travel 5-20%.
• You are able to manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery and quality work.

Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.

Compensation: $125,000-$175,000

Our compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay. Eide Bailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying ranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.
