Our compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay. Eide Bailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5 years of experience with NetSuite or another ERP, with at least 3 years working hands-on in NetSuite
- 3 years of consulting experience
- Deep functional expertise in either of these areas:
- Financials: GL, AP/AR, month-end close, consolidations/multi-subsidiary, revenue recognition, fixed assets, and financial reporting
- Operations: order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory management, fulfillment, manufacturing, or warehouse management (WMS)
- Understanding of how operational transactions affect the financials, and the reverse
- Able to work through support tickets, enhancement requests, and projects on your own, from requirements through testing and deployment
- Comfortable using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Cowork, and GitHub to work more efficiently and improve client processes
- Track record of high client satisfaction, both internally and externally
- Strong written, verbal, listening, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users
- Able to travel as needed
- NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant, Administrator, or SuiteFoundation)
- Experience in managed services or supporting NetSuite clients after go-live
- Working knowledge of both financials and operations
