Overview
Create and maintain a comprehensive lead list, identifying potential clients by visiting the business and also with follow up phone work in Ft. Wayne and surrounding areas. This is a huge opportunity for someone that is self disciplined and likes to be out and about. Your day will be mostly out canvassing commercial buildings, searching out the decision makers and getting leads for the sales person to follow up on, who will then give a free roof analysis and quote. Your pay is a base of $15.00 per hour, plus $.45 per mile. If you get a lead and sales makes an appt and does the Free analysis with a quote, you receive $100.00 addl. If a sale is made, you receive 2% of the total. So if it's a $50,000.00 job, you receive an addl $ That commercial biz is then linked to you. If they come back down the road and want another section of roof done, you get another 2% of that. If there is a referral, you get another 2%. If you apply yourself, you could do very, very well. Hours would be the best Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 8 hours each and maybe some phone work on Monday and Friday. Time off is flexible. January and Febr could be some opportunity to go south for a break. Take a week or 2 off in the summer. This has the opportunity to be a fun job for the right person with flexibility and some opportunity to work into sales where the pay is even better. With the freedom that you will have, I will be looking for honesty and integrity. Also I will be looking for a cheerful, energetic person.
