We are seeking a highly motivated and independent Business Analyst to lead the discovery and documentation of a complex Patient Support Services platform.

Required Skills & Experience
• 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex enterprise systems
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Patient Support Services (PSS) / Life Sciences domain
• Strong experience in requirements documentation frameworks (EARS preferred)
• Proven ability to work independently, drive stakeholder engagement, and manage ambiguity
• Strong analytical thinking and process mapping skills
• Excellent communication and documentation capabilities
