- Lead all site safety activities across active construction projects
- Drive compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards
- Conduct site audits, inspections, and hazard assessments
- Manage incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Deliver safety orientations, toolbox talks, and ongoing training
- Partner with project leadership, subcontractors, and field teams to promote a proactive safety culture
- Review and implement site-specific safety plans and procedures
- Monitor high-risk activities including work at height, lifting operations, confined space entry, and electrical safety
- Track safety metrics and maintain accurate documentation and reporting
- Mentor junior safety professionals and support development across project teams
- 5–10 years of construction safety experience required
- Experience supporting large-scale commercial, industrial, manufacturing, mission-critical, or data center projects preferred
- Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety best practices
- Ability to lead safety initiatives in a fast-paced construction environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- OSHA 30 required; CHST, CSP, ASP, or other certifications preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, or related field preferred
