Master’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health or a closely related field.
Minimum Experience And Skill Requirements
Experience in occupational safety, health or environmental practice and/or academic instruction. Effective communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage both teaching and recruitment responsibilities.
Preferred Education And/or Experience Qualifications
University-level teaching experience in OSH or related disciplines. Prior experience in student recruitment or outreach activities. Familiarity with accreditation standards (ANSAC/ABET, EEQ).
Annual Salary: $45,839 (Additional pay dependent upon qualifications)

- Teach a standard instructional load of 9 credit hours per semester. Prepare course materials, deliver lectures, evaluate student performance, and maintain course records.
- Provide student academic advisement as assigned.
- Participate in curriculum development, accreditation processes (ANSAC/ABET, EEQ), and departmental assessment activities.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies for the OSH program.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective students and families.
- Coordinate with University Admissions and other campus offices on recruitment initiatives.
- Represent the department at recruitment events, including campus visits, career fairs, and outreach activities.
- Track and report on recruitment activities and outcomes.
- Contribute to university and departmental service, including committee work, as assigned.
- Support university and departmental initiatives and goals related to enrollment management and growth.
- Other duties as assigned.
