- Support the implementation of site safety programmes across active construction projects
- Promote compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and hazard assessments
- Assist with incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Deliver safety orientations, toolbox talks, and ongoing workforce training
- Build strong relationships with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to promote a positive safety culture
- Review and implement project-specific safety plans and procedures
- Monitor high-risk activities including work at height, crane and lifting operations, confined space entry, excavation, and electrical safety
- Maintain accurate safety documentation, reports, and compliance records
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the project
- Construction safety experience considered from entry level through senior level
- Experience on commercial, industrial, healthcare, manufacturing, mission-critical, or large-scale construction projects preferred
- Strong understanding of OSHA standards and construction safety best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- OSHA 30 preferred (or willingness to obtain where applicable)
- CHST, ASP, CSP, STSC, or other safety certifications are advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, Construction Management, or a related discipline preferred, but not essential depending on experience
