What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Support Representative / Systems Administrator (NSWC IHD Code 104) position at EHS Technologies and Careers?
Minimum Education: Associate’s degree in computer related field or an equivalent technical degree from an accredited college or university; or equivalent professional certification for years of experience per CSWF certification requirements.
Minimum Experience: Three (3) years’ experience interfacing with users who perform systems and software engineering. Individual shall have experience with IT service desk workflows and supporting applications including remote support tools and ticket management tools. Experience shall demonstrate efficient and proper record keeping of reported incidents and associated resolutions.
Applicant must be a US citizen and hold an active DoD Secret clearance
