Hiring A Full-Time Project Safety Manager
We at Environmental, Health & Safety Solutions (EHSS) currently have an opportunity to expand our team of Safety Professionals Managers. This position is in Point Pleasant, WV. (appx 150 miles southwest of Morgantown) Candidates must be collaborative, professional, and willing to work weekends as necessary. Some Requirements
- 5 Minimum years’ experience as a Safety Manager**REQUIRED**
- CHST with BCSP Certification (or Higher) **REQUIRED**
- OSHA 30-hour Certification (Construction) as well as extensive knowledge of OSHA Construction Standards **REQUIRED**
- NFPA 70 E Certification, LOTO and Hazardous Energy Control experience **REQUIRED**
- Experience with all levels of Data Center Construction, managing contractors, Estimators, and Operations
- Implement 100/0 Safety Culture with guiding, training, teaching, and corrective actions with positive re-inforcement
- Must successfully analyze problems, creatively review and resolve issues, offer support and insight to develop balanced resolution at both a strategic and functional levels.
- Perform root cause analysis, make recommendations, and supports implementation of safety related process improvements
- Ability to read technical and safety manuals and reports, workplace rules and procedures
- Speak confidently, articulately , using correct English, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Ability to train and keep client team members training and certifications current per applicable OSHA, ANSI, etc. requirements
- Proficient computer and technological skills
