A high-volume, full-service restaurant located in one of Miami’s most active dining and entertainment districts is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support daily front-of-house operations.
This is a polished, fast-paced environment with consistent traffic driven by residential density, tourism, and event activity. The operation balances high standards of hospitality with strong systems and structure, making it an excellent opportunity for a manager who enjoys leading from the floor, coaching teams in real time, and executing at scale.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a dynamic setting, confident managing peak periods, and motivated by growth opportunities within a well-established, multi-unit restaurant organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily front-of-house operations and floor execution
- Lead, coach, and motivate hourly team members and shift leaders
- Maintain high standards for guest experience, service flow, and hospitality
- Assist with scheduling, labor management, and shift planning
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company standards
- Partner with senior leadership on training, development, and performance
- Help drive accountability, engagement, and team culture
Qualifications
- 2 years of restaurant management or key-holder leadership experience
- Background in high-volume, full-service restaurant environments
- Strong floor presence and guest-facing leadership style
- Ability to lead teams during busy service periods
- Solid understanding of service standards and operations
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
