Kitchen Manager – Mountain View, CA
Pay: $25–$30/hour (Non-Exempt)
Schedule: 40–45 hours/week (5 hours guaranteed overtime)
Status: Full-Time
We’re a chef-driven, fast-paced Mediterranean kitchen seeking a hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house team.

What You’ll Do
Oversee daily BOH operations in a scratch kitchen
Be present during peak hours (lunch dinner rush) to guide the team
Schedule and manage staff, balancing labor and coverage
Handle inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
Uphold all health and safety standards
Foster a respectful, efficient, team-focused kitchen environment
Partner closely with the GM and FOH to ensure smooth service
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Kitchen Manager or high-level Sous Chef
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Solid understanding of kitchen operations and food safety
Flexibility to adjust schedule for business needs or training
Available to work at least one weekend day and holidays as needed
Steady under pressure and committed to high standards
