We have an exciting Kitchen Manger opportunity in the Seattle area! This is a high volume, high energy sports bar and restaurant, so previous BOH management experience is preferred to ensure a smooth and efficient transition.

Kitchen Manager Qualifications/Requirements:
- 3-5 years of related experience in a high volume kitchen
- A solid understanding of kitchen operations
- Experience handling labor, financials, scheduling, safety & sanitation; and
- High-level leadership and management skills.
Kitchen Manager Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Ensuring the kitchen has necessary ingredients and equipment
- Optimizing and ordering kitchen inventory
- Ensuring compliance with sanitary and health regulations
- Streamlining the kitchen processes to maintain prompt service times
- Working with the Head Chef to develop and maintain the restaurant menu
- Creating schedules for kitchen staff
- Tracking kitchen finances and budgeting
