We’re looking for a proven operator who knows how to drive performance, develop leaders, and hold teams accountable across multiple locations—without losing control of the details.
What You’ll Own:
- Full operational leadership of a 12-unit QSR market
- Drive sales, profitability, and operational execution across all locations
- Build, coach, and develop General Managers into strong business leaders
- Own KPIs: labor, food cost, throughput, and guest experience
- Implement systems, standards, and accountability across the region
- Partner with ownership on growth strategy and performance improvement
What We’re Looking For:
- Current multi-unit leadership experience in QSR is REQUIRED
- Background with brands like Burger King, Wendy’s, Taco Bell, or similar
- Proven success managing 8 locations (12 preferred)
- Strong financial acumen (P&L ownership across multiple units)
- A leader who can coach hard, build culture, and drive results
- Hands-on, no-ego operator who can step in when needed
