Job Description:
The Manufacturing Engineering Manager will manage and lead a team of manufacturing engineers to work with shop personnel, engineers, managers, customers, and vendors in a collaborative and team approach to design, integrate and improve manufacturing systems and related processes throughout Ehrhardt Automation Systems.
Ehrhardt Automation Systems designs and builds Automated Systems, Special Machines, and Customized Tooling based upon customer needs and specifications. Ehrhardt also works with customers on "Build to Print" projects and is a diverse supplier for the HVAC, Appliance, Industrial, Consumer, Medical and Automotive Markets. Based in the St. Louis metro area in a modern fully air conditioned 82,000 square foot facility, the company can produce new product offerings rapidly and is ideally poised to penetrate new markets.
