- Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Assist clients with scheduling plumbing and heating service appointments efficiently
- Provide clear information about services, pricing, and policies to ensure customer understanding
- Enter customer data accurately into our systems using Microsoft Office tools and other software
- Handle cash transactions and process payments with integrity and accuracy
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service requests, and follow-up actions

Requirements
