Responsibilities
- To ensure that guests are fully enjoying their visit to our restaurant.
- Directs and motivates the staff to ensure the guests are well taken care of and having a great experience.
- Establishes restaurant business plans by surveying restaurant demand
- Meets restaurant financial objectives by developing financial analysis
- Attracts patrons by developing and implementing marketing, advertising and public and community program strategies
- Control purchases and inventory
- Maintain operations by creating, understanding, and implementing policies and standard operating procedures for consistent productivity and quality
- Maintains patron satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating and auditing food beverage service offerings
- Accomplishes bar and restaurant human resource objectives, by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training and mentoring
- Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy facility by establishing, following and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends in the restaurant industry
