Position Summary
The Desk Manager is responsible for greeting patrons in a friendly manner as well as ensuring their shift runs smoothly and efficiently.
As a manager, you would be responsible for counting all the money before and after the shift. You would also be responsible for all of the paperwork that needs to be completed for all IRS wins. You would be entering customers’ keno tickets, collecting the payment, and paying out any wins. You will also be part of the CSR team. As a CSR, you are responsible for multiple 'satellite' accounts providing the highest level of customer service possible. This is a fast paced and fun work atmosphere!!
