We provide our recruiters with the training, development, and support that is required to effectively recruit and provide great service to our clients.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Sourcing for hard-to-fill positions on various platformsScheduling and conducting candidates interviewsCalculating compensation and extending offersPerform due diligence on candidates and new clientsPrepare weekly & monthly reports for clientsMaintain all client and candidate communication in applicant tracking systemMaintaining and nurturing candidate pipeline Qualified candidates must be comfortable and confident corresponding with clients and candidates both written, verbally, and in person.Preferred Experience:MUST have 2 years of hospital recruitment, talent acquisitionMicrosoft Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, and ATSHigh sense of urgency in completing assigned tasksWorking independentlyAttention to detail and ability to multitask efficientlyStrong interpersonal skills; ability to quickly build rapport over the phoneEducation Requirements:Bachelor’s degree preferred Job Type: Full-time Salary: $66,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
